Electric Mobility

Lithium-ion battery storage is the key to the electric mobility segment and the most important inflection point in the past 100 years for the various industries that make up these markets.

Automobile manufacturers, led by Tesla, have invested billions of dollars into transitioning their vehicles from ICE’s to hybrids to fully electric vehicles. Electric motors, powered by LIB based energy storage, can replace just about any use where an internal combustion engine historically provided the motive power. It's not just about getting from point A to point B anymore. It’s about sustainability and performance while getting from point A to point B in style and record time.

C4V has worked with several automotive manufacturers, Tier 1 auto suppliers in the 2 wheeler, 3 wheeler, EV, Electric Trucks, Buses and Recreational vehicles to design custom solutions that can be innovated and produced at mass scale on the production floor.

Moving into the fast lane

C4V has worked with Formula 1 Racing Teams to design the next generation F1 car with expected power requirements that stretches the boundaries to the limit for current LIB Technology.

Next generation EVs

We have worked with several OEMs and Tier 1 / 2 auto suppliers looking for a competitive advantage and the answer to next generation consumer demand. C4V’s work includes interfacing with corporate design teams to understand the mission, vision and challenges that make each story unique. Our team designs a solution that delivers on performance and cost targets while keeping safety as our #1 priority.

Operating in the most extreme environments

Today’s batteries have to be capable of operating in the world’s harshest environments. C4V is an international company and we understand the road conditions in India and heat conditions in Africa create pressure on the battery operation and performance. Our LiSER cell design specifically addresses thermal control from the interior of the cell. The exterior of the LiSER cell is designed to handle the vibration, bumps and collisions that may be experienced by our end users.
